Q1. An element within the page will not load or work.

A1. First try reloading the page (F5) if this does not work check that your browser has not disabled 'ActiveX' the controls (Look at the browsers help file to find where to check and change settings).
 

 
Q2. I get a message which states, 'Sorry, your browser doesn't support iframes'

A2. Iframes, or inline frames, allow you to load html files into an existing document. Internet Explorer 4+, Netscape 6+, Firefox, Mozilla, Opera and other modern browsers all support iframes.
You are either using an early version of Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator and we recommend updating your browser.
